Shipping & Handling

 

All Australian orders over $60.00 will be shipped free of charge. Orders under $60.00 will incur a $10 flat rate.

Creatures of Leisure Australia does not ship to locations outside of Australia. Please use our international contacts list to find your nearest stockist.

Please consider your delivery address and ensure that the correct details have been entered at checkout. All orders will be left at the delivery address without signature. If you do not wish to have your parcel left, or have any special requirements please email customer service   cs@leisurecollective.com.au with your request.

Creatures of Leisure does not deliver to PO Boxes. We reserve the right to choose the appropriate carrier for your order, depending on the size of the parcel, and the location to be shipped. We endeavour to process all orders within the next business day, however please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

 

Creatures of Leisure will take all reasonable care to appropriately pack all orders, but will not be liable or responsible for any damaged goods or missing orders lost in transit.

Once your order has been dispatched you will be sent tracking advice to check on the status of your order, via email or SMS. Any damaged or lost orders will be subject to an investigation with our carriers. This investigation can take up to 10 days. After that time we will be able to take further action into the location of your order.

Please allow the following times for delivery from dispatch:

  • Small packages (leg ropes, traction/grip, surf essentials, etc) = 2-5 business days.
  • Large packages (boardcovers) = up to 10 business days.

Creatures of Leisure reserves the right to cancel an order if it cannot supply the goods within the order. You will be contacted directly in the event of this occurring.
